St. Paul's United Church, located at 973 Pillette Road in Windsor, was established in 1925, formerly Methodist. In 1919, the Ford City Methodist Mission began to serve the east end of WIndsor. Three years later, in August 1922, plans began to build a new church to be known as he Pillette Road Methodist Church and services took place in the basement during construction. The building of the church was completed and opened for services in 1929. The church joined the United Church of Canada in 1925 to form Pillette Road United Church. The name was changed to St. Paul's United Church in 1929. A Christian Education Wing was built in 1967. Members of Victoria United Church in Windsor joined the congregation following its disbandment in 1985. The congregation closed in 2019.
Victoria United Church, located at St. Louis Avenue in Windsor (formerly Sandwich East), was established in 1950 as a Sunday School based at the Victoria School. A congregation was formed on January 21, 1951. A lot at St. Louis Avenue was purchased by the Home Mission Board of the United Church of Canada and presented to the congregation. Victoria United Church closed in 1985 and its membership amalgamated with St. Paul's United Church.
