- Continuation of title: Title continues: ... in a tent for flood refugees, cares for her baby born in a tree during the great flood. For this mother and child, and for millions of others in Pakistan and India, the floods mean homes destroyed, crops ruined, and the threat of starvation and disease for months to come. The World Council of Churches has appealed for funds and supplies to alleviate distress. Blankets and medicaments are particularly needed.
