Wesley United Church, located at Highbury Avenue in London, was established in 1925, formerly Methodist. The Methodist Church was formed as two congregations of "Langford" - Biddulph Township, and "Stewart" from London Township, merged in 1867. It acquired the property at what would become known as Highbury Avenue, and built a church. A second church was built on the site in 1874. It became part of the Granton Circuit. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. It amalgamated with Knox United Church to form Wesley-Knox United Church ca. 1972.
Friendship House was established ca. 1928 as a United Church mission to various ethnic groups in East London area. It was located in the old Hill Street Church; it closed ca. 1949.
King Street Primitive Methodist Church was established ca. 1854 as London Primitive Methodist Mission; it joined the Methodist Church, Canada, in 1884
Ashfield - St.Helen's Pastoral Charge was established in 1969 with the amalgamation of Trinity United Church in Ashfield and St. Helen's United Church.
Calvin United Church in St. Helen's was established in 1925, formerly Presbyterian. The first Presbyterian Church in the community was built in 1859; a new church was then constructed in 1898. The church joined the United Church in 1925. It was a part of St. Helen's Pastoral Charge with Whitechurch until ca. 1957, and then became part of Ashfield - St. Helen's Pastoral Charge in 1969. It closed on July 1, 1985 with its members amalgamating with Lucknow United Church.
Trinity United Church in Ashfield Township was established in 1969 with the amalgamation of Hackett's, Zion and Blake's in the Hackett's building. It became a point on the Ashfield-St. Helen's Pastoral Charge. With the closure of Calvin Church in St. Helen's in 1985, Trinity United joined Dungannon Union Pastoral Charge.

Burk's Falls Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925 as a single-point charge. Following the closure of Berriedale Pastoral Charge ca. 1954, it then included Katrine, Chetwynd, Ely and Berriedale, and then from 1968, following the dissolution of Magnetawan-Dunchurch Pastoral Charge, Magnetawan. In May 2013, the charge divided into two charges to form Trinity (Magnetawan) Pastoral Charge and Burk's Falls - Katrine Pastoral Charge.
Magnetawan - Dunchurch Pastoral Charge was formed in 1955 when Dunchurch and Magnetawan Pastoral Charges merged. It included Dunchurch, Magnetawan, Maple Island, Ahmic Harbour, Ardbeg, Sunny Slope, and Whitestone. The charge was discontinued ca. 1968 when McKellar - Dunchurch Pastoral Charge and Burk's Falls - Magnetawan Pastoral Charge were formed.

Trinity United Church, located at 141 Sparks Street in Magnetawan, was established in 1925, formerly a union church. The Methodist Church was established in the Magnetawan area in 1873 as part of the Rousseau circuit and then in 1874, it became its own circuit. A second church building was built in 1900. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. The church is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.
Knox Union Church in Dunchurch was established in 1925, formerly a union church. It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada in Toronto Conference.
Katrine United Church, located at 52 Dog Lake Road in Katrine, was established in 1925, formerly Methodist and Presbyterian. Katrine Methodist Church was built in 1892 and united with the Presbyterian Church in 1925 to form Katrine United Church. Until 1950, the congregation did not have reqular services. In 1950, the church reopened as part of the Berriedale Pastoral Charge. Five years later it joined the Burk's Falls Pastoral Charge. It is still an active congregation of the United Church.
Powassan Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925, formerly union. It includes Powassan and Chisholm. From 1955 to 1960, the charge also included Wasing.
Powassan United Church, located at 462 Main Street in Powassan, was established in 1925, formerly a union church. Presbyterians met in Powassan as early as 1877; however, it wasn't until 1888 the congregation had its own church, located on 12th Concession (current site of the fair grounds). It was named Knox Presbyterian Church. Powassan Methodist Church was established in 1885 and a church was built that year. A second church was built in 1892. On April 16, 1918, the Methodist and Presbyterian Churches decided to become a union church and services were held at the Methodist Church. A new church was constructed in 1926.It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.
Chisholm United Church, located at 1469 Chiswick Line, Powassan, was established in 1925, formerly a union church.The Methodists and Presbyterian united in 1918 to become the Union Church of Chisholm, meeting in the Methodist building. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.

Poplar Dale United Church was established ca. 1938 and formed part of Rydal Bank Pastoral Charge until ca. 1961 when it became part of Algoma Larger Parish Pastoral Charge. It closed ca. 1962.
Prince United Church, located at 3042 Second Line West in Sault Ste. Marie (former Prince Township) was active from at least 1926 to 1962. It originally formed part of Sault Ste. Marie Suburban Pastoral Charge from 1925-1941. It later became a singele point charge from 1949-1955, only to then become part of Goulais River Pastoral Charge. It closed ca. 1962.

The Methodist Church was founded on January 9, 1911 as Howard Avenue Methodist Mission, located at Howard Ave. and Erie Street. A new building, Giles Boulevard Methodist Church was erected in 1922 at Marentette Avenue and Giles Boulevard in 1922. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. The congregation amalgamated with Central United Church in 1987.

The pastoral charge was discontinued ca. 1964 when Clute apparently closed and Fraserdale, Island Falls and Little Long Rapids formed Fraserdale Pastoral Charge
Hunta - Clute Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925, formerly Methodist; it included Hunta, Clute, Eastford, Burleyville, Driftwood, Gardiner and Frederickhouse, and was also known as Clute Pastoral Charge before being discontinued ca. 1933, when Clute - Island Falls Pastoral Charge was formed, including Clute and Hunta.
Creighton - Lively Pastoral Charge was formed ca. 1952 when Naughton was added to Creighton Pastoral Charge, which included: Creighton Mine, O'Donnell, Waters Township, Lockerby, Minnow Lake, and Lively. The pastoral charge was discontinued ca. 1972 when Creighton Mine closed. Trinity United Church in Lively became a single-point charge at that time.

Silver Water Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925, formerly Presbyterian; it included Silver Water, Elizabeth Bay, Meldrum Bay, Mills, and Evansville. The pastoral charge was renamed Western Manitoulin Pastoral Charge ca. 1998 following the closure of the Mills congregation.

St. Andrew's United Church, located at 34 Front Street in Meldrum Bay, was established in 1925, formerly Presbyterian. In 1897, both Anglican and Presbyterian services were held at the schoolhouse at Meldrum Bay. In 1920, St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church was built. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.
St. Andrew's United Church in Silver Water, located at 20336 Highway 540, was established in 1925, formerly Presbyterian. The Presbyterians first held services at the Anglican Church in Silver Water on alternating Sundays until the church opened its own church building on July 2, 1899. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. It is still in active congregation of the United Church of Canada.
Trinity United Church in Evansville was established ca. 1925, formerly Burpee Presbyterian Church. It was originally part of the Barrie Island Pastoral Charge, but moved to Silver Water Pastoral Charge ca. 1955. Howard Eaton United Church in Trout Mills on Highway 63 was established in 1953. In 1958, a church building was dedicated. It formed part of its own pastoral charge with Feronia and Phelps until the late 1950s when it became a two-part charge with Omond Memorial United Church in North Bay. It would later become a two-point charge with Pinewood United Church in North Bay. The congregation closed ca. 1974.

St. Andrew's United Church, located at 60 West Avenue in St. Thomas, was established in 1926, formerly a union mission. The West Avenue Union Mission was established in July 1914 to provide worship services in the south-west section of St. Thomas. The mission joined the United Church in the spring of 1926 and the name was changed to St. Andrew;s United Church. The congregation was part of a two-point charge with Homedale United Church in St. Thomas in 1953-1954, and then again in 1958-1963. From 1954-1958, it formed part of a two-point charge with Talbotville United Church, and later it was a charge with St. Mark's (1965-1968). It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.
Park Road United Church in North Grimsby Township was established in 1960, formerly a community church. It closed in 2001.
Dublin Street United Church in Guelph was established in 1925, formerly Methodist
St. Francis United Church was initiated as a ministry (or mission), when Walter Beecham began seeking new members for a congregation from his office above a pizza parlour in a Scarborough strip mall. While the resulting congregation was constituted as a church by the United Church in 1982, it never acquired a building, meeting instead in a local school, Sir Samuel Steele at 131 Huntsmill Blvd. In 1989 the congregation was disbanded.

St. Paul's - Avenue United Church was located on Avenue Road at Webster Avenue, just south of Davenport Road in Toronto, and combined former Methodist and Presbyterian congregations when establihsed in 1930. It joined with Trinity United Church to form Trinity-St. Paul's United Church in 1980.
St. Paul's Methodist Church, located at 121 Avenue Road, began as a Primitive Methodist mission in Yorkville in 1844 on Cumberland Street. In 1867 a new church was built at Yonge and Davenport (St. Paul's Primitive Methodist), and about 1887 the new church was opened at 121 Avenue Road.
Avenue Road Presbyterian, began as a Sabbath School in 1868, locating the following year at Bedford and Davenport roads. In 1898 the Church of the Covenant (so-named in 1893) was built at Avenue Road and Roxborough Street, changing its name in 1906 to Avenue Road Presbyterian.
Both Avenue Road and St. Paul's joined the United Church in 1925, and in 1930 the two were combined as St. Paul's - Avenue Road, and made use of the St. Paul's building. The old Avenue Road church was first taken up by the Christian and Missionary Alliance, and later became the temple of the Hare Krishna movement. St. Paul's - Avenue Road joined with Trinity United to form Trinity - St. Paul's United in 1980.
