Gainsboro (Gainsborough) Evangelical Association Circuit was formed ca. 1876 that included the Evangelical Churches Bismarck, Bethel and Aftercliffe Station; in 1925 the Circuit became known as Aftercliffe Station and remained until the Evangelical Church became the Evangelical United Brethren (EUB) Church in 1946; under the EUB, Bethel and Bismarck were part of the Campden Charge.
Bismarck Pastoral Charge formed in 1987, formerly the Bethel-Bismarck Pastoral Charge established ca. 1975; Bethel and Bismarck United Churches had previously operated under the Campden Pastoral Charge, in 1968 upon union with the United Church, as well as Lincoln Rural Pastoral Charge; when Bethel closed the charge became a single point as the Bismarck Pastoral Charge.
Bismarck United Church was formed in 1968, formerly Evangelical United Brethren; the Bismarck Evangelical Church was first built ca. 1883 and later in 1946 became the Bismarck Evangelical United Brethren Church, until union with the United Church in 1968 and remained as the Bismarck United Church until its closure in 2015.
Bethel United Church was formed in 1968, formerly Evangelical United Brethren; the Bethel Evangelical Church began ca. 1870s and later in 1946 became the Bethel Evangelical United Brethren Church, until union with the United Church in 1968 and remained as the Bethel United Church until its closure in 1987.
