        History

Brown's Corners United Church was established in 1925, a joining of the Methodist of Buttonville and the Presbyterian of Brown's Corners. Over the years it was in various two-point and three-point charges with Melville, Unionville, St. Johns, Box Grove, Agincourt, Victoria Square, and Headford United Church. It then became a one-point charge, separating from Victoria Square and Headford in 1967. In 2012, the Brown's Corners United Church closed and was purchased by Zion Alliance Church. It was located at 2830 Hwy 7, Markham, ON.
