Bob Burrows (1934- ) married Joan Fidler (1936- ) in 1959 at Toronto and moved shortly thereafter to BC. Joan's father and mother were the Rev. Frank Fidler (1907-1995) and Marguerite Fidler (1907-2007), who spent most of their adult lives in Ontario, where Frank Fidler was involved in pastoral ministry and administrative work with the General Council offices of the United Church.
