Cayuga United Church was established in 1925 when the Methodist and Presbyterian Churches joined the United Church of Canada. Cayuga Methodist Circuit was established circa 1843 as a Wesleyan Methodist New Connexion circuit; it included Canfield and Providence, and in 1925 Cayuga joined the United Church of Canada. Cayuga Methodist Church was established circa 1843 as a Wesleyan Methodist New Connexion church; in 1925 it joined the United Church of Canada. Knox Presbyterian Church was established circa 1869; in 1925 it joined the United Church of Canada. Canfield United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist.
