Fonds consists of deeds and other legal documents, 1861-1937; surveys of and applications to dispose of church properties, 1892-1933; registers of legal documents, descriptions of property and property rents, 1930-1956; correspondence and other files of the Committee chair, 1930-1935; correspondence and cash records of the Committee, 1883-1898; and other correspondence and documents to do with Methodist Church property, 1859-1916. Fonds includes a property records inventory done for administrative purposes in 1932.

Series consists of records of Algoma Presbytery Extension Council, 2013-2017; Camp McDougall, 2014-2018; Historical Society, 1961; Young People’s Union, 1936; and Retired Ministers Association records, 1924 1928.

Sous-fonds consists of records relating to Japanese Canadians, primarily from the period of their internment during the Second World War; the administration of United Church hospitals; administration of various United Church properties within BC Conference; and work with Indigenous peoples and communities. Most records date from the 1940s and '50s. Those that predate Bunt's appointment as Superintendent may have been his own personal files or may have been transferred to him by his predecessors or by the national office.

Series consists of records relating to church extension (i.e. the establishment and development of congregations in new areas, usually without a previous congregation). Some records relate to church-related corporations and societies, such as camps and seniors homes. Document types include grant applications, application for loans, agreements to repay, building fund and stewardship documentation, property records, correspondence, design and architectural plans, church photographs, and other financial information such as mortgage and insurance records.

Fonds consists of the following record series: Church extension and property development files (1930-2004; predominant 1950-1971); Church extension - general (1950-2002); Fraser Presbytery minutes and correspondence (1960-2002); Home Missions subject files (1941-2004; predominant 1955-1971); Home Missions Committee correspondence, minutes, and reports (1943-1978); BC Conference reports (1956-1994); Photographs of churches ([195-?]-[196-?]; and Photographs of special events (2004). Fonds also includes Max Warne's papers while he served as minister mainly in the Lower Mainland. These records include personal correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports.

Fonds consists of the following record series: Property records (1931-2019, predominant 1973-2018); Audited financial statements (1981-2018); and General ledgers (1991-2017); Correspondence (1979-1982); and Alphabetical files (1977-1983).

Series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Presbytery Secretary, 1953 1963, 1982-1993; archives, manses, membership roll, 1938 1964; presbytery reports, 1953-1959, and property correspondence, 1979-1984.
