Sous-fonds consists of records relating to Japanese Canadians, primarily from the period of their internment during the Second World War; the administration of United Church hospitals; administration of various United Church properties within BC Conference; and work with Indigenous peoples and communities. Most records date from the 1940s and '50s. Those that predate Bunt's appointment as Superintendent may have been his own personal files or may have been transferred to him by his predecessors or by the national office.

当ス―フォンドは主に世界第二次大戦における日系カナダ人の強制収容に関する資料によって構成される。資料の種類は以下の通り:合同教会病院の管理記録、合同教会のB.C.総会が保有する不動産の管理記録、先住民族コミュニティとの交流記録。主に1940年代もしくは1950年代に作成された記録である。一部バント氏の監督就任前の記録も含まれるが、これらはバント氏の個人所有記録か、前任者もしくは合同教会本部より引き継いだ資料と思われる。
