Fonds consists of the records of Peachland United Church, Peachland Methodist Church, the Peachland-Westbank Methodist Circuit and the Peachland-Westbank Pastoral Charge. Records include Marriage registers (1916-1957); Membership records (1907-1964); Board and committee records (1907-2015); Legal and property records (1967-2010); Women's group records (1912-2015); Correspondence and subject files (1971-2011); Financial records (1910-1930); and Annual reports (1981-2021).

The fonds is divided into three sous-fonds: Records of Personnel Secretary Robert W. Henderson; Records of Personnel Secretary Harvard P. Collins; and Records of the Conference Personnel Minister. Series associated with the first two sous-fonds are general in nature and consist mainly of committee reports and minutes, as well as correspondence relating to ministry personnel and recruitment. The third sous-fonds consists of a single series containing ministry personnel case files, including those on the Discontinued Service List and deceased personnel. Active personnel files were forwarded to the Office of Vocation in 2018.
