Sous-fonds consists of records relating to Japanese Canadians, primarily from the period of their internment during the Second World War; the administration of United Church hospitals; administration of various United Church properties within BC Conference; and work with Indigenous peoples and communities. Most records date from the 1940s and '50s. Those that predate Bunt's appointment as Superintendent may have been his own personal files or may have been transferred to him by his predecessors or by the national office.

当ス―フォンドは主に世界第二次大戦における日系カナダ人の強制収容に関する資料によって構成される。資料の種類は以下の通り:合同教会病院の管理記録、合同教会のB.C.総会が保有する不動産の管理記録、先住民族コミュニティとの交流記録。主に1940年代もしくは1950年代に作成された記録である。一部バント氏の監督就任前の記録も含まれるが、これらはバント氏の個人所有記録か、前任者もしくは合同教会本部より引き継いだ資料と思われる。

Fonds consists of the following series: Presbytery minutes 1925 1969; records of committees/ organizations, 1963-1969; records relating to pastoral charges, 1948-1959; women's groups’ records, 1954-1969, and records of Guelph Presbytery Extension Council, 1953-1969.

Series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Presbytery Secretary, 1953 1963, 1982-1993; archives, manses, membership roll, 1938 1964; presbytery reports, 1953-1959, and property correspondence, 1979-1984.

Series consists of records, including correspondence, reports, evaluations and other records, 1997-2018, predominantly concerned with the property of congregations in the following areas: Chatham: St. Andrew’s; Chatham: Sprucedale; Chatham: Victoria Avenue; Fourth Line; New Scotland; Ridge Community Church; Rural United Pastoral Charge; South Buxton Pastoral Charge; Talbot Street; Thamesville; Tilbury: Darrel S. Moffat; Tupperville: Lindsay Road; Wallaceburg: Trinity.

Series consists of records of Committee for Capital Funds and Extra Appeals, 1963-1969; Property and Boundaries Committee, 1957-1960l and United Church Men (including Lay Association), 1950-1954.

Series consists of history of Guelph Presbytery Woman's Associations, 1954, and records of Guelph Presbyterial United Church Women, 1962-1969.

Fonds consists of subject files - correspondence, minutes, internal reports, memoranda and publications, including records of dealings with the Conference, Conference committees, divisions and officers, and the Board of Home Missions in Toronto; records of business related to specific church properties and missions in the lower mainland; and records of the Council's Home Placement Committee.

Fonds consists of the following record series: Church extension and property development files (1930-2004; predominant 1950-1971); Church extension - general (1950-2002); Fraser Presbytery minutes and correspondence (1960-2002); Home Missions subject files (1941-2004; predominant 1955-1971); Home Missions Committee correspondence, minutes, and reports (1943-1978); BC Conference reports (1956-1994); Photographs of churches ([195-?]-[196-?]; and Photographs of special events (2004). Fonds also includes Max Warne's papers while he served as minister mainly in the Lower Mainland. These records include personal correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports.
