Camborne United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist; it closed ca. 1968 and re-opened ca. 1980. Camborne Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925, formerly Methodist; it included Camborne, Bethel Grove and Cold Springs, and was discontinued ca. 1968 when Camborne and Bethel Grove closed, Cold Springs joined Plainville from Gore's Landing Pastoral Charge to form Cold Springs Pastoral Charge.
