Fonds consists of correspondence, 1919-1971; correspondence and documents re union negotiations with the Anglican Church, 1946-1951; reports and financial statements for All People's Mission, Welland, 1926-1961 (incomplete); sermons, lectures, pamphlets and clippings. Forster's lectures deal with diverse topics, although many of them deal with his interest in European histories and people. The history of Ukraine and Ukraininan immigrants in Canada, the migration of American blacks to New York City, the Waldensian Church in Italy, and post-war refugees in Europe, are some of the topics he wrote lectures and articles about.
