Cooke's United Church was established in 1925; formerly Presbyterian (known as Brock Street Presbyterian from 1846 to 1884); amalgamated in 1964 with Portsmouth United Church to form Cooke's-Portsmouth United Church.

Fonds consists of records, including baptisms, 1853-1878, marriages, 1858-1925, and burials, 1854-1877, of Cooke's Presbyterian Church, 1846-1925; records, including marriages, 1925-1953, of Cooke's United Church, 1925-1953; and the constitution of 1985 of Cooke's - Portsmouth United Church, 1985.
