Downsview Pastoral Charge in North York was formed in 1925; formerly Methodist. It included Downsview, Fairbank (to 1914), Elia, and
Asbury (from 1917 to 1947). Downsview United Church is now the only point on the charge.
Custodial history
This material forms part of the Ontario Regional Councils program of the United Church of Canada Archive.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of circuit register [photocopy] of Downsview Methodist Circuit (includes Downsview, Fairbank, and Elia), 1903-1904; and circuit register of Downsview Pastoral Charge (includes Downsview Methodist Circuit, Downsview, Elia, and Asbury), 1905-1951.
