Elmsley-Lombardy Pastoral Charge was formed by 1928 (Elmsley and Lombardy had briefly been separate pastoral charges); formerly Methodist and Presbyterian; it included St. Andrew's Church in Port Elmsley, Lombardy, and Bethel Church in Rideau Ferry.
