Biographical history
George Neal Hazen (1862-1948) was a Methodist/United Church minister. He was born at Port Rowan, Ontario. He became a probationer in 1888, studied at the University of Toronto, and was ordained in 1895. He served Methodist, then United, charges in London Conference until his retirement in 1934. He was elected President of London Conference in 1914, and he also served on many church boards, including the General Board of Missions, and the Board of Management of Alma Ladies' College, St. Thomas. He was known for his administrative and counselling abilities.

Fonds consists of addresses, 1896-1942; correspondence, 1905-1923; clippings re class meetings, 1896-1903.
