Administrative history
One of the oldest congregations in the Evangelical United Brethren Church, the area around Blenheim, Ontario was home to German-speaking settlers served by Evangelical missionaries on the Waterloo and Hamburg circuits in the 1840s. In 1865 Blenheim Circuit, including appointments at Plattsville and Blenford, was created. With alterations the circuit remained in the Evangelical Association, and the church at Roseville was opened in the 1920s. In 1968 it became part of the United Church of Canada.
