Central United Church, formerly Methodist, established in 1925. The church was located at 628 Ouellette Avenue. In 1987, Giles Boulevard amagalmated with Central United Church. In 2022 the single point charge closed.

Part of the Hexekonta scrapbook. Image was next to an obituary. [ Transcription follows] Death Follows Long Illness; Miss Alice M. White was Prominent in Church Work; Miss Alice Margarite White, 32 years of age, died this morning in Metropolitan General Hospital, following a lengthy illness. She resided at 1521 Church Street. A native of Ridgetown, Miss White came to Windsor 17 years ago. A member of Central United Church she was formerly a teacher of the church Sunday School and active in the Young People's Society and the Hexakonta [ sic ] Class. Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James White; Four sisters and a brother, Mrs. Wess Long, of Riverside, and Olive, Dora, Edna and Harold at home. Funeral services will be conducted in the Morris Funeral home, Wyandotte Street, east, at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon. The cortege will motor to Ridgetown where burial will take place.
