Record types include correspondence received and sent (copies); minutes; accounts; pay information; newspaper clippings; plans for building of mission boats and church buildings; reports of dedication ceremonies; lists of participants at summer fields; conference proceedings; mission boat crews; lists of properties; newsletters; annual reports; and ephemeral documents.

Fonds consists of constitution and bylaws, minutes, registration records, record books for affiliated groups, scrapbooks, reports, and lists of officers of the B.C. Conference Branch, and minutes and other records of presbyterial branches, including Fraser, Kamloops-Okanagan, Kootenay, Vancouver, Vancouver-Burrard, Vancouver South, Victoria, and Westminster.
