Collection consists of the annual reports created by pastoral charges within the jurisdiction of the five Central Ontario Conferences of the United Church of Canada and the seven Regional Councils of the United Church, located in Ontario . Annual reports created prior to 2019 are divided into five Ontario Conferences and then sub-divided by presbytery. Annual reports created for the year 2019 and after, are divided into series based on the jurisdiction of the seven Regional Councils that exist within the Province of Ontario. Pastoral Charges in all series and subseries are listed alphabetically first by location, then by pastoral charge name.,
Series titles are: Bay of Quinte Conference, Toronto Conference, Hamilton Conference, London Conference and Manitou Conference; Canadian Shield Regional Council, Antler River Watershed Regional Council, Western Ontario Waterways Regional Council, Horseshoe Falls Regional Council, Shining Waters Regional Council, East Central Ontario Regional Council, and Eastern Ontario Outaouais Regional Council.
The Collection should be used as a supplement to the Local Church Records collections. Reports were only kept as part of this collection when they weren’t already included in the records received directly from the pastoral charges.
