Fonds consists of three record series: Church-related records (1938-1946); Reference materials (1942-1963); and Community advisor records (1944). Record types include reports, lectures, clippings, and memorabilia, primarily concerning the treatment of Japanese Canadians during World War II.

当フォンドは三つの書類群で構成される。
教会関係記録(1938年-1946年)、参考資料(1942年-1963年)、コミュニティアドバイザーとしての記録(1944)。文書記録は主に世界第二次大戦時における日系カナダ人の扱いについて取り上げた報告書、講義内容、新聞の切り抜きである。
