The minutes and agenda of the Annual Meetings of the Society and its Board of Directors are in the form of books printed and distributed to those attending the meetings. From the most recent accrual, annual meeting minutes from 1995 and 1999 are missing. The majority of minute files for boards and committees include an interfiling of supporting documents that include notes, memos, reference material, and select meeting minutes from other committees. The interfiling has been maintained to preserve its original order and context. Files often overlap in dates because of interfiling, and because they have been gathered from various employees who have kept different supporting documents. In addition, correspondence files of the relevant committee have been arranged alongside minutes because of their tie in creation and ability to provide context for each other.
