Series consists of records relating to Shaver's service to the wider church as a member of Manitoba Conference's Faith and Order Committee (1951-1956); a member of BC Conference's Commission to Study Institutional Work in the Lower Mainland (1967-1969); a member of the Board of Directors for the Vancouver Inner City Service Project (1967-1969); and supervisor of a student at the Vancouver School of Theology (1995-1997).
Fonds consists of records relating to Hetherington's early mission work in Dawson City, his travels in northern British Columbia, and his later travels to Palestine.
