Series consists of images created and/or collected by the Manitou Conference, including images of ministry personnel, staff, and prominent members of the women's groups, 1920-1982.

Manitou Conference met annually from 1975 to 1992; however, at the 1992 annual meeting, Conference moved to meet every two years. Series consists of the record of the Conference's annual meeting, referred to as the "Record of Proceedings." In addition to the minutes of the annual meeting, a Record of Proceedings may also include a history of the Conference, compiled minutes of the Executive Committee meetings for that year, reports and the agenda distributed prior to an annual meeting, a Conference directory and an index of motions. Series consists of official and unofficial records of proceedings of annual/general meetings and executive minutes, 1975-2018; annual meeting report books, 1989-1995; and general meeting correspondence and reports, 2002-2003, 2007. Records of Proceedings and executive minutes from 1982 to 1990 are bound.

The position of the Conference Minister of Mission and Stewardship was responsible for: providing staff leadership, support and liaison in the areas of church life that were served by the National Division of Mission in Canada and the Department of Stewardship Services and their subsequent bodies; providing administrative support to committees and pastoral charges in the areas of grants and other funding sources; exploring and developing the Conference role in relation to innovative evangelism, outreach and social issues; and engaging in ecumenical, community and personal ministries that will enhance the mission of the church. It was later named Minister of Mission & Stewardship Animation in 2008. Subseries consists of correspondence of the Conference Minister of Mission and Stewardship, 1985-1992.
