Documents include sermon notes; worship service bulletins; register of sermons, baptisms, marriages, and burials; and course notes.
Series consists of records relating to the establishment of a fund for ministry to isolated Indigenous communities the northwest coast. Records include report and recommendation of the Central Mainland Marine Mission Endowment Fund Committee, correspondence and appeals, excerpts from Conference Executive minutes, and terms of reference for the Thomas Crosby Fund.

Series consists of photographs relating to marine missions on the B.C. coast during Grant Bracewell's work at Bella Coola (1955-1958).
Also included are photographs and postcards kept by his mother, Edith Bracewell (nee King), relating to her two years of nurses' training at the Methodist Church hospital in Hazelton (ca. 1920) and her much later visit to Naramata Christian Leadership Training School (1955).
Subjects of the photographs include marine missions, Indigenous communities, students of Coqualeetza and Alberni residential schools, forestry and fishing, family and friends.

Foreign Missions Photograph CollectionFile consists of digitized copies of the United Church of Canada Woman's Missionary Society Annual Reports. These reports continued the reports published by the Woman's Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, Woman's Missionary Society of the Methodist Church, Canada, and Canada Congregational Woman's Board of Missions.
The reports run from 1925-1961 and were published by The Armac Press Limited, Ryerson Press and United Church Publishing House.
Reports include sections outlining missionary work, a directory of conference and branches, officers of the Dominion Board, official minutes of the Dominion Board, the executive and its committees, statistics, reports from the Executive Secretary of both home and overseas missions and financial reporting.
The publication of the reports was the responsibility of the periodical department.

Part of the mandate of the Program Sub-Group would be to work with DMPE to conduct ecumenical pilot projects for training deaf ministry candidates within the coming years. This series contains records pertaining to DMPE’s contribution to Deaf Ministry.
