McIntosh - Mildmay Pastoral Charge was formed ca. 1933 when Mildmay joined Belmore Pastoral Charge, which included Belmore and McIntosh churches. The three-point charge was originally called Belmore Pastoral Charge, then Belmore-Mildmay Pastoral CHarge (ca. 1935-1968) and then Mildmay Pastoral Charge (1968-2008). It was renamed McIntosh - Mildmay following the closure of Knox United Church In Belmore. It is still an active pastoral charge of the United Church of Canada.
