Faith United Church, located at Riddell Street in Woodstock, was formed in 2007 with the amalgamation of Chalmers United and Central United Churches, both in Woodstock. It closed in 2011. Central United Church, located at Riddell Street in Woodstock, was established in 1925, formerly Methodist. Chalmers United Church, 17 Vansittart Avenue in Woodstock, was established in 1925, formerly Presbyterian.

General note
Title continues : the children of the Sunday School of Central United church on Sunday evening present the old, old story of the birth of the Lord. The Children, wearing appropriate costumes, portrayed the scenes while a narrator told the story of the Nativity. Music was provided by the children's choir. At the end of the pageant, the other youngsters joined in the procession the led to the manger and the miracle of the oldest of Christmas stories seemed as fresh and new as the year ahead. Title taken from inside inscription on Christmas Card.
